Parent, Teacher Organization
We the PTO of Prairie Hills are a group comprised of parents, teachers, and any individual who wants to support the efforts of teachers, administrators and staff in the education of our children. Through fundraising and organization, we will support or initiate projects which will:
1. encourage our students to strive for their highest potential academically and personally, and foster a desire for personal excellence; and
2. enhance each teachers' ability to provide an enriching and challenging atmosphere in which each student can learn.
The PTO will also serve as an organized forum by which parents can bring their praises, concerns or suggestions to the attention of Administrators, Faculty and Staff at Prairie Hills.
PTO Meetings are held at the school for all parents to attend. The meetings for the 2009-2010 school year are on the following Tuesdays: September 15th, November 17th, January 19th and March 16th. All meetings begin at 7:00 PM and take place in the Prairie Hills library. Free childcare is available at PTO meetings.
