Science fosters collaboration between HGE and PHE
📚 Exciting collaboration between Hunters Glen and Prairie Hills! 🤝 Teachers joined forces on the February 2nd teacher work day for professional development led by Adams 12 Five Star Schools Science Coordinators Kate Baker and Bridget Walsh. 🧪👩🏫 together, teachers explored updated science practices, they dove into the Next Generation Science Standards, discussed teaching through inquiry, and enhanced their skills for creating an enriching learning experience for students. This is a perfect example of the openness to collaborate across schools and departments and is one of the many things that makes the Five Star District special!
