I am so excited to be a part of Prairie Hills this year and to work with such great people and kids! This will be the start of my 2nd year as a Meadowlark! I attended Colorado State University- Fort Collins (Go Rams!) and received my bachelor's degrees in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis on Occupatioanal Sciences. Following my time at CSU, I attended graduate school at Shawnee State Univeristy in Ohio where I received my Master of Occupational Therapy. I was able to complete my fieldwork for graduate school through Adams 12 and accepted a position here shortly after graduation. I am also a part time therapist for a local pediatric home health care facility. I have spent up to 8 years working with children and young adults with a variety of developmental disabilities and love the work I do with this population.
I am a Colorado native and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. When I am not working, I enjoy typical outdoor Colorado adventures including camping, hiking 14ers, fly fishing, and paddle boarding. I love my fur babies, Argos and Oskar and am newly engaged! I look forward to having a fabulous year at Prairie Hills!
